We couldn't talk about restaurants without mentioning the famous Grands Buffets where Louis Privat has made great French gastronomy accessible. The welcome is warm and simple, the food is refined and generous with semi-gastronomic cuisine.

Brasserie Co with Laurie and her mother Corinne at the helm. Come take a refreshing break in a super pleasant and cozy setting to taste simple and tasty dishes, original recipes and revisited dishes of our grandmothers. This family brasserie located at 1 boulevard du Docteur Ferroul is open continuously from 7:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. We love the authenticity and welcome of the owners!

We move on to another register with our 2 culinary favorites: La Cave à Manger by Lionel Giraud (double starred chef) in Narbonne and the domaine Sarrat de Goundy and its winegrower's restaurant in Vinassan with its owner Olivier Calix. The first, Lionel Giraud, is a seasoned restaurateur, original, who likes to revisit and invent cuisine to enhance the products provided by local producers. A real delight and explosions of flavors in the mouth! The second, Olivier Calix is a winemaker producing very good wines, and a fine gourmet who opens its famous and magnificent winegrower's table during the summer season.
